Information used

When you sign in, the site receives an account identifier and email address, and may receive a display name. We use these to connect your membership to your account. We store the account identifier, checkout references, and the Stripe subscription and payment-event information needed to verify your access and support billing.

Service providers

Stripe processes payments and billing details. Card numbers are not stored by this site. ChatGPT Sites provides hosting; Cloudflare provides the underlying database and file storage. When enabled, Supabase provides email and Google sign-in, and Resend delivers sign-in emails and optional collection announcements. Choosing Google sign-in also involves Google's authentication service. These providers process information needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy policies.

Cookies and communications

Sign-in and payment services use cookies or equivalent session technologies for account access and security. This version does not include advertising trackers. Membership and billing communications may be sent to the address provided for the relevant service. Collection announcements are optional and off by default. If you choose to receive them, we store your email preference and consent history. You can turn them off in your account or use the unsubscribe link in an announcement. Unsubscribing from collection announcements does not cancel your membership or essential account messages.

Retention and requests

Membership and billing records are retained as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some billing records may need to be retained.
